Ingredients :
- Eggs
- Tomato
- Cili padi
- Holland Onion
- Salad
- Carrot
Let's start cook :
- Dice the tomato, cili padi, holland onion, salad and carrot.
- Whisk the eggs with vegetables.
- Put some flavors (I didn't put anything because I'm on diet)
- Fill the ingredients into pie mold.
- Baked in the oven with 180'C for only 3 minutes.
Ready to eat.
p/s: actually, resepi ni macam resepi telur dadar je. Tapi sebab tengah diet, so lyana olah supaya tidak menggunakan minyak. Xsangka, its look very beautiful dishes. Dan paling penting, sihat & mengeyangkan. Rasanya bagus jugak untuk sesiapa yang berdiet atkins kat luar sana.
